ABOUT

Following a career in textile and costume design, Sara was awarded a PhD for her innovative research “Silver as Dye”, focusing on the application of fine silver to textile form.

This period of study prompted a return to her longtime love of jewellery. The Inkubator Programme at Vanilla Ink Jewellery Studios, Glasgow provided specialist training in goldsmithing techniques and business.

A mindful approach to process and materials includes the use of AgAin Silver, recycled from medical x-ray film.
