Shipping & Terms
Order processing times
All transactions will be carried out in UK pounds sterling. Your order will be confirmed by email and all jewellery that’s in stock will be processed within 2-3 business days.
We endeavour to complete your order as soon as possible, however jewellery that is made to order may take between 4- 8 weeks due to casting and Hallmarking.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
UK
All UK orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next day, signed for service and ensures your jewellery is safely delivered.
International
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure, insured and tracked to the point of signed delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sara Keith Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes). You may be contacted by your local customs office to arrange payment before your jewellery is delivered. In the event this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and return it to Sara Keith Jewellery.
Damages
Sara Keith Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Your jewellery is handmade in our studio in the Scottish Borders. There are many processes and hours of work involved. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Jewellery must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Unless your jewellery is faulty, return postage will be paid by the customer via Special Delivery.
Made-to-order items, resized rings, bespoke commissions, sale items, and earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
